If any of you TECB-readers had the patience to make it through even the first fourth of my ’09 year in review, you’d know that Paul White was the cot damn man with the production. White’s sound is like nearly no one else in music, and he manages it all sans pretense.
With various releases last year and his sophomore LP Paul White & The Purple Brain due in June, there’s no denying White’s work ethic and, better yet, consistency with his music. Check out the first single off the album…
You can get the download to the single and more information on Paul White & The Purple Brain over at the Now-Again Records website.
Next to Damu the Fudgemunk’s How It Should Sound Volume 1&2 (you can listen to and download the promo EP here), there’s no other instrumental album from 2010 I anticipate greater than this one.
