Czarface — “Cement 3′s” featuring Roc Marciano

cement 3s

Lead single off of Czarface, the much-hyped 7L & Esoteric and Rebel INS collaboration. “Cement 3′s,” featuring Roc Marci.

I dig it. Can’t wait to hear this Preemo joint they have in the works.

Roc Marciano x Arch Druids – “Poltergeist” [VIDEO]

New video from Marcberg, “Poltergeist.” This track passed me by when it originally dropped in the Spring, but thankfully I was able to catch the video for it this time around. This is off of Arch Druids’ album, Scorched Earth Policy LP. T

he LA-based productionist is kind of hard to find on the interwebs, other than an old MySpace page. I can’t decipher whether this album dropped in 2010 or it’s about to drop soon (his Twitter says ‘Dec 2012′). Nothing like having information readily available for fans and blogs  in 2012.

In any event, this track is raw. Roc Marci for office 2012.

Diggaz With Attitude f/ Apathy, Roc Marciano & Planet Asia – “Half Dead” [VIDEO]

New visuals from the Man Bites Dog camp, “Half Dead” courtesy of the producing duo of Diggaz With Attitude. The self titled album is out now, find it at your favorite digi-dealer. This album includes a gauntlet of  indie rap dudes, a bunch of Army of the Pharaoh members (Eso, Celph Titled, Vinny Paz, etc), Roc Marciano, Ill Bill, my favorite rapper name ever-Wais P, Evidence, Alchemist and plenty more.

Much like The Swashbuckler (Kount Fif & RML), also from Man Bites Dog, Diggaz With Attitude is a multi-producer album. We’ve been seeing this more and more lately, most notably with all the Gangrene projects. I fucks with it. What say you hip-hop world?

Gangrene – “Drink Up” featuring Roc Marciano [VIDEO]

Fuck Red Bull. And WordPress.

Video embedding rules and restrictions are for the birds. We gotta get out of this place, word to Eric Burdon.

Reluctantly, I will now direct you to another website to watch this video. I like it that much. Peep on Ego Trip.

Meyhem Lauren – Respect The Fly Shit

Queens’ Meyhem Lauren dropped this album, Respect the Fly Shit, completely free, towards the tail end of July. In less time than it takes to receive your drug test results, Lauren recorded the album in two days and in a hotel room during everyone’s favorite outdoor indie music fest, South by Southwest. The cast of cronies Meyhem Lauren enlisted for Respect the Fly Shit makes the price of free seem like we’re back in the days of Napster. Sean Price, Action Bronson, Roc Marciano, Despot, Thirstin Howl the 3rd, Smoke DZA, my blog-mate’s new favorite emcee Riff Raff and more all join in on some raw, rugged mid-90′s-New-York-inspired raps. Tommy Mas and Harry Fraud trade-off on the production for the album; you’ll hear Fraud’s trademarked “La musica de Harry Fraud” to help differentiate the production credits.

If that roster isn’t enough, the track names alone make this album worth your mouse clicks. “Pan Seared Tilapia,” “BBQ Brisket,” “Juevos Rancheros,” and “Radioactive Tuna” just to name a few. Here’s the aforementioned “BBQ Brisket,” featuring Action Bronson and AG Da Coroner, produced by Harry Fraud:

If you like what you hear feel free to scoop it up. Grab the album here, a clean, legal Sendspace link. Let us know what you think. I think this joint is fresh. A little confused why it hasn’t been getting more internet love. Here’s to hoping TECB and our single digit fan base will cop a few downloads.

Big ups.
